Getting to know FLUME

Before you work with an agency, be it for a small campaign or event or a longer-term project, you will do your due diligence, check the website, read some testimonials and perhaps even get one-to-one recommendations from others.

The purpose of this article is to give you a bit more background on who we are, what our values are and what it would be like working with us.

If you have got to the point of reading this, you should already understand from our website that getting results is our key value driver and whilst that is crucial to our way of working and what you can expect from us, it certainly isn’t all you need to know about us.

We see ourselves as the disruptive marketing partner you can trust to conquer your challenges, take away the stress and support you when and where you need us the most. What’s more, we measure our success on how successful we can make you. From events that stand out, to leads that opt in and campaigns that bring results, our goal is to exceed your expectations.

It’s true to say that we’re not big on chest-puffing client presentations, spreadsheets and show reels. We’re big on getting the job done and delivering results. However, it’s also important to understand that when we work with you, we’ll truly be part of your team. We will get to know your business inside out, your objectives will become our own and we will get to know all your key stakeholders so that we can work effectively within your team.

Whether you’re a start-up or a larger organisation expanding into a new region who need us to become your local Marketing department, or you just need a helping hand with ad-hoc projects, from resourcing to services, we will find the right balance and fit for you. And most importantly to us, you’ll become part of our family.

We’re professional but not stuffy, passionate but not needy, trustworthy but never dull and fun but not zany.

We are a passionate group of experienced marketeers and we’ve been in your shoes. Most of us have been Marketing Managers or Directors in large global enterprises and because of that we understand things from your perspective. We appreciate that Marketing targets are fully embedded with sales targets now and that tangible results are the only option.

We also understand what it’s like to have been a busy Marketing executive who sees an opportunity but hasn’t had the resources to grasp it, we’ve had great ideas but not had the time to execute them and we know what it’s like to have endless meetings debating what to do rather than putting plans into action.

In a nutshell, we’ve felt the frustration of limited resources and unrealistic expectations and lived the stress of having no space to think or be creative. FLUME was set up out of a desire to give our customers choices and options, to help foster innovation and to give their business a competitive advantage.
