ServiceNow couldn’t be happier with their decision to outsource their regional marketing function to FLUME to support both the local sales team and their EMEA marketing team.

THE CHALLENGE.

ServiceNow wanted an extended, local marketing team with local expertise and knowledge to integrate into their regional sales office and the EMEA Marketing team to manage strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Middle East and South Africa.

THE STRATEGY.

We set up a dedicated marketing team, which includes a Marketing Manager who is supported by one of FLUME’s Account Directors. She is responsible for working within the client’s internal teams to develop their marketing strategy as well as create and manage execution of the marketing plans. This has including physical and virtual events, ABM, PR and digital lead generation and awareness campaigns.

THE RESULTS.

Within EMEA, we have been recognized as the only region who consistently overachieve our marketing sourced targets, even throughout the pandemic. We work seamlessly with ServiceNow’s EMEA team and they have the confidence in us to work independently, rolling out campaigns diligently and with success.
